The 2 Day course will focus on painting vehicles using the ubiquitous Space Marine Rhino. You'll be able to apply what you've learnt on any piece of futuristic hardware. You'll learn about modulation and a whole raft of weathering techniques. At the end of the weekend you'll have a simple recipe for your entire Heresy project.

What to expect:
Start and finish a Rhino in your legion and recipe of choice over 2 days from 9:30am - 4:30pm each day. Demonstration of each step and 1:1 guidance and help to each student.

2 Day Course:

  • Day 1 - How to airbrush vehicles, establishing the recipe and modulating panels with the airbrush, Applying decals and pin washing.
  • Day 2 - Metallics, details such as lenses and exhausts, weathering and oils

What to bring:

  • Assembled Horus Heresy: Deimos Pattern Rhino (Supplied by the Combat Company and sent out prior to the event)
  • Airbrush
  • Compressor

  • Brushes
  • Paints and airbrush thinner
  • Thinners
  • Varnish
  • Decals (your chosen Legion)
  • Weathering products of choice (These will also be available on the day)
A pdf painters pack will be produced a month out from the course detailing any specifics.
