Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order does not guarantee the delivery of said item should the item not be able to be delivered, due to circumstances beyond our control, which can include cuts to allocations by distributors or suppliers, or changes to release date bu distributors or suppliers.

We offer pre-orders in good faith with the intention to supply the items in full by the street dates of any pre order items. Any stock on our system is based on allocations provided by distributors or suppliers, but we have been cut even after 'confirmation of allocation'.

If we can't supply a pre-order we will provide a full refund back to the original form of payment.

We are always happy to provide as much clarity around any pre-orders as we can, however we can only work with the information given to us by our suppliers which is sometimes limited and often subject to change by them.

Orders with a Pre-order item will not be fulfilled until all items in the order are on hand and in stock.
