Blitzkrieg German Pak 36 anti-tank gun with Stielgranate (Special Order)
Blitzkrieg German Pak 36 anti-tank gun with Stielgranate (Special Order)
The standard German anti-tank gun in 1939, it equipped the Panzerjäger battalions but was quickly outclassed by heavier armour on enemy tanks. In order to extend its usefulness the Stielgranate 41 hollow-charge ammunition round was developed. This large, fin-stabilised shell fitted over the end of the barrel, but did not have a very long range.
In games of Bolt Action this can be included in Artillery Platoons and is a Light Anti-tank gun, that can be towed by most vehicles. The Stielgranate 41 optional upgrade increases armour penetration at short range.
