Date: Saturday January 25th and Sunday January 26th 2025
Location: The Combat Company 4/16 Hearne St, Mortdale, 2223
Signing up: Please email ryan@thecombatcompany.com.au to submit lists at least a week prior to the event, and I will be vetoing and giving feedback if necessary. We want everyone to have fun, don’t try and ruin everyone’s day please. If lists are not submitted a week in advance of the event, tickets will be cancelled and refunded.
If you cannot attend the full event, or cannot make the 10am registration please do not purchase a ticket as this will affect how the day is able to be run for everyone
TIMETABLE
DAY 1
Registration and Table Setup- 9:30am-10am
Round 1 – 10am to 12:30pm
Break – 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Round 2 - 1:30pm to 4pm
DAY 2
Round 1 - 10am to 12:30pm
Lunch - 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Round 2 - 1:30pm to 4pm
Prizes and Pack Up - 4pm to 4:30pm
Scenarios - Missions will be provided on each table, these will change each round and will differ by points level.
Armies - All units and detachments from official Horus Heresy documents are able to be used on the day, as long as they fulfil legal requirements of their detachments.
Players will be required to bring armies to play 3000 points, 2000 points with no Primarchs or Lords of War allowed, and 1500 points Zone Mortalis (rules can be found in the Siege of Cthonia book)
Please also keep in mind this is at its core a narrative and casual event. I’m asking for people to send lists in so I know what side everyone is playing on, and so I can veto things if I feel it’s going to sour the experience.
Prizes - As this event is a 2 day event and a bit bigger than normal we will be doing more prizes. This includes a Heresy Bingo sheet that will factor into the narrative for the weekend, with scores counting towards the team
