This is a 1 Day Warhammer 40k Tournament using the 10th edition Chapter Approved 2025-26 and using 10th.
The event will include 3 timed rounds of games, recorded via “Best Coast Pairing” for Swiss pairings.

Players cost for the event is $40.00, which will go towards a prize pool and covering event expenses.
The games will be played under the 10th edition rules and all current Indexes are acceptable.
Each player must field an army using a standard force organization chart and is not to exceed 2000pts. Games will be played on Strike Force size battlefield (Minimum 44” x 60”).

Please sign up to the Event on Best Coast Pairings (link above) and submit your list here via the app by 23:59PM Sunday 4th of January.
Rules cut off is Sunday 4th of January.
Schedule:
Registration/Set Up – 8:45am to 9am
Round 1 – 9am to 11:45pm
Break – 11:45am to 12:30pm
Round 2 - 12:30pm to 3:15pm
Round 3 – 3:30pm to 6:15pm
Pack up/Prizes - 6:15pm to 6:30pm
Event scoring will be based on Wins followed by total victory points using the Grand Tournament 2025 scoring.
Game Length:
Each game will go for a maximum of 5 turns. A time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes has been allocated for each round plus additional 15mins for set of Terrain.
Players are encouraged to be decisive, efficient, and not waste time, as each round is timed and over time won’t be allowed to keep everyone on schedule.
Rules and Clarifications:
All games are to use the 10th edition rule set.
If a ruling is required, a TO will be available to call on any decision. In this instance the TO will have the final say.
Also, if TO is called in, please have all rules in question be presented on the pages that are relevant.

Prizes:
All prizes will be for first, second & third in form of Store Credit. Number of prizes and amount will be based on number of players attending.
Refund Policy
Any cancellation withing 2 days of the event, ticket(s) won't be refunded. If you're unable to come, please email the TO asap so we can find substitute players.
Please keep in mind when purchasing a ticket that you're able to play ALL 3 games so we don't have byes after as it's not fair for other players who are hoping to play 3 games.
