Rules Format:
BattleFleet Gothic 1999 rules (including the 2007 FAQ), with the following adaptation:
Alternating Activations: At the start of each round, both players roll 1D6. The player with the highest result selects a ship or squadron to “activate.” That ship or squadron completes its Movement and Shooting Phases. Then the opposing player selects a ship or squadron to do the same. This continues in an alternating fashion until both players have moved all the ships in their fleet.
Ships must be selected in the following order of activation:
- Escorts
- Light Cruisers
- Cruisers & Battlecruisers
- Grand Cruisers
- Battleships
Ordnance moves when initially fired by a ship during its activation, and then in the Ordnance Phase at the end of each turn. The End Phase happens as normal at the end
of the round.

Schedule
Event starts - 10am
First game 10.15am
Second game 1pm
Third game 4pm
Results and awards - 630pm

Additional games may be played in between these sessions if players finish early, but no
campaign benefit may be derived from them - we assume these engagements are happening around Old City, but that the scheduled engagements are the most pivotal battles in relation to the wider campaign.
Missions: Missions will be announced on the day
