Welcome to our regular Middle Earth Matched Play Tournaments at The Combat Company!

Parking: Is available at the venue and if travelling by Bus, the 945 stops at the start of the street.

FORMAT: 

Army Size: 600pts

3 Rounds, 1 hour & 30mins per Round, Swiss Pairings, Prizes for 1st place and rest as Lucky Door.

TIMETABLE:

Registration/Set up - 10am to 10:30am

Round 1 - 10:30am to 12pm

Lunch - 12pm to 12:45pm

Round 2 - 12:45pm to 2:15pm

Round 3 - 2:30pm to 4pm

Awards/ Pack up - 4:15pm

Venue Closes - 5pm

Please be on time for registration as this will help us to start games on schedule.
Due to the schedule of the event, all games must begin sharply on time and conclude by the end of the allocated time regardless of what turn or stage of the game you are at.
Do not commence a new turn within the final 10 minutes of the game without the permission of the Tournament Organiser.
Chess Clocks aren't mandatory in this Event but if BOTH you and your Opponent agrees to use one, you can. Please inform the TO if you choose to use one.

Things you need to bring with you:

Be sure to bring the following items with you on the day of the tournament:

-Your 600-point Army. All models MUST be WYSIWYG - Please check with the TO before the day if you are unsure.
-4 typed and itemised copies of your 600-point army list (one for you and one for each of your opponents)
-Middle Earth Rulebook
-Armies of Lord of the Rings or Armies of the Hobbit
-Any relevant Supplement & FAQs
-6x Battlefield Objectives markers (25mm bases)
-Tape Measure & Dice set
-Plastic & Super Glues (for emergency repairs)
-A positive & fun attitude.

All players are encouraged to bring their own gaming resources for the tournament.
You will have the opportunity to purchase any resources you need before the start if required.

Round 2 - Hold Ground

Round 3 - To The Death

Scoring System for Best Coast Pairings:

Enter in your Victory points from your game.

LISTS SUBMISSIONS:

Army Lists need to be submitted on Best Coast Pairings by Sunday 16th of February 2025.

PRIZES:

Prizes will be in form of Store Credit and will be given out to 1st place and rest as Lucky Door.

REFUND POLICY:

If you're unable to attend the Event, please let the TO know ASAP so we can try to fill the spot. There is no refund for any cancellations 2 days before or up to the day of the Event. We also cannot transfer the ticket to another current or future event.
