Welcome to our regular Middle Earth Matched Play Event at The Combat Company!

Date: Sunday 6th April 2025

Location: The Combat Company, 4/16 Hearne St, Mortdale, 2223

Parking: Is available at the venue and if travelling by Bus, the 945 stops at the start of the street.

Army Size: 600pts

Format: 3 Rounds, 1 hour & 30mins per Round, Swiss Pairings, Prizes as Store Credit.

Timetable:

Registration/Set up - 10am to 10:30am

Round 1 - 10:30am to 12pm

Lunch - 12pm to 12:45pm

Round 2 - 12:45pm to 2:15pm

Round 3 - 2:30pm 4pm

Awards/ Pack up - 4:30pm

Venue Closes - 5pm

Please be on time for registration as this will help us to start games on schedule.
Due to the schedule of the event, all games must begin sharply on time and conclude by the end of the allocated time regardless of what turn or stage of the game you are at.
Do not commence a new turn within the final 10 minutes of the game without the permission of the Tournament Organiser.

Things you need to bring with you:

Be sure to bring the following items with you on the day of the tournament:

-Your 600-point Army. All models MUST be WYSIWYG - Please check with the TO before the day if you are unsure.
-3 typed and itemised copies of your 600-point army list (one for you and one for each of your opponents)
-Middle Earth Rulebook
-Armies of Lord of the Rings or Armies of the Hobbit
-Any relevant Supplement & FAQs
-6x Battlefield Objectives markers (25/40mm bases)
-Tape Measure & Dice set
-Plastic & Super Glues (for emergency repairs)
-A positive & fun attitude.

All players are encouraged to bring their own gaming resources for the tournament.
You will have the opportunity to purchase any resources you need before the start if required.

Round 2: Domination

Round 3: Destroy the Supplies

Scoring System for Best Coast Pairings:

Enter in your Victory points from your game.

Army Lists need to be submitted on Best Coast Pairings by Sunday 30th of March 2025.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation withing 2 days of the event, ticket(s) won't be refunded. If you're unable to come, please email the TO asap so we can find substitute players.

Prizes: For 1st place and rest will be Lucky Door Prizes based on number of players.

Prizes will be in form of Store Credit.
