"I still remember hearing epic tales of the 1e Temple of Elemental Evil, from an older gaming group, when I first started playing D&D in 1987 (ouch, that is some time ago). This awesome two book set provides the original adventure as printed in 1e, plus the updated version for 5e (including some fixes!). It also includes a bunch of interviews with people involved in the original creation, and features artwork and advertising from the time. Written by Gary Gygax, the original creator of D&D, the Temple of Elemental Evil was a passion project for him.
