TCC: Middle Earth Tournament (Saturday 26th September)

Welcome to our regular Middle Earth Matched Play Event at The Combat Company! 
All results are submitted to our 2026 Circuit (on BCP).

Date: Saturday 26th September 2026

Location: The Combat Company, 4/16 Hearne St, Mortdale, 2223

Parking: Is available at the venue and if travelling by Bus, the 945 stops at the start of the street.

Army Size: 600pts

Format: 3 Rounds, 2 hours per Round, Swiss Pairings, Prizes as Store Credit and Products.

Timetable:

Registration/Set Up – 9am to 9:30am
Round 1 – 9:30am to 11:30am
Break – 11:30am to 12:30pm
Round 2 - 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Round 3 – 2:40pm to 4:40pm
Pack up/Prizes - 4:40pm to 5pm

Venue Closes - 10pm

Please be on time for registration as this will help us to start games on schedule.
Due to the schedule of the event, all games must begin sharply on time and conclude by the end of the allocated time regardless of what turn or stage of the game you are at.
Do not commence a new turn within the final 10 minutes of the game without the permission of the Tournament Organiser.

Things you need to bring with you:

Be sure to bring the following items with you on the day of the tournament:

- Your 600-point Army. All models MUST be WYSIWYG - Please check with the TO before the day if you are unsure.
- Middle Earth Rulebook
- Latest Matched Play Guide
- Armies of Lord of the Rings, Armies of the Hobbit or Armies of Middle Earth
- LEGACY ARMIES ALLOWED
- Any relevant Supplement & FAQs
- 6x Battlefield Objectives markers (25/40mm bases)
- Tape Measure & Dice set
- Plastic & Super Glues (for emergency repairs)
- A positive & fun attitude.

All players are encouraged to bring their own gaming resources for the tournament.
You will have the opportunity to purchase any resources you need before the start if required.

Scoring System for Best Coast Pairings:

Enter in your Victory points from your game.

Rules cut off date & Army Lists need to be submitted on Best Coast Pairings by Wednesday 23rd of September 2026. Legacy Armies are allowed at this Event.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation withing 2 days of the event, ticket(s) won't be refunded. If you're unable to come, please email the TO asap so we can find substitute players.

Please keep in mind when purchasing a ticket that you're able to play ALL 3 games so we don't have byes after as it's not fair for other players who are hoping to play 3 games
